Projects & Practice
These are the places where my work is currently alive—in collaborative exploration, and relational practice.
Transformation Program for Doctors
01
Dr. Abrar Hussain leads a range of programmes supporting doctors at different stages of their professional development. Through Cognitions for CFC he prepares psychiatry trainees for the CASC examination, while his broader work supports clinicians in developing relational depth, reflective capacity, and transformational clinical practice.

Workshops in Relational Work for Clinicians
02
Dr. Abrar Hussain also delivers immersive and interactive workshops, designed to deepen understanding of relational patterns and therapeutic processes. These workshops blend theory with clinical application, offering a reflective space for professionals to enhance both competence and confidence in clinical practice.

Human Operating
System Architecture (HOSA)
Dr. Abrar Hussain is a co-architect of Human Operating System Architecture (HOSA), an industry-level framework designed as a shared interface for practitioners working with human transformation.
HOSA maps twelve interdependent human systems across three structural levels, clarifying how biological capacity, threat load, and recovery shape behaviour, health, and the ability for change to hold.
The framework translates complex science into a clear architecture that helps practitioners across disciplines support stabilisation, integration, and sustainable transformation.

Healing Across Barriers
Dr. Abrar Hussain is founder of Healing Across Barriers, an initiative focused on culturally responsive, trauma-informed mental health care.
The project brings together diverse communities, practitioners, and educators to co-create pathways to healing that honour identity, context, and lived experience.
