Relational Healing for a Disconnected World.

Dr. Abrar is a psychiatrist, educator, and facilitator pioneering a nervous system-informed approach to healing across professional, personal, and systemic barriers.

About

I’m a doctor who believes that healing doesn’t just happen in the clinic—it happens in the relationship. My work weaves together medicine, nervous system intelligence, and relational practice to support healing that begins with the self, extending outwards.
